Poster Presentations are encouraged

Although abstract submission for oral presentation has closed, to ensure your poster will be included in the Conference, abstracts should be submitted by October 15, 2018. One or more awards for the best student poster will be made during the Conference Banquet.

With the general Conference theme of "Integrating One Health Clinical Practice & Biosecurity into Aquatic Veterinary Education" posters dealing with the following are encouraged:

·          aquatic veterinary environmental stewardship & medicine;

·          current or future education initiatives to educate & train aquatic veterinarians;

·          useful or interesting clinical techniques and clinical cases in aquatic veterinary medicine; and,

·          issues related to diagnosing, preventing, controlling and eradicating aquatic animal diseases (biosecurity).

Abstract Submission Process

By submitting an abstract, you agree to have it published in the Proceeding of this conference. Posters setup should be set up on Thursday afternoon or Friday morning (November 8/9).  Posters will be judged Saturday afternoon with award during the evening AGM/Banquet (November 10).

All abstracts must adhere to the following Abstract Format Guidelines and Poster Preparation Template.

To ensure inclusion in the Conference Proceedings, all abstracts should e-mailed to 2018-StKitts@wavma.org by October 15, 2018.
